We provide interim management and consultancy services in the areas of finance, project management and process improvement and optimisation for corporate clients in either the UK or internationally.
We have been delivering services remotely for more than 20 years and our level of contract extensions suggests that this model works.
From a contracting side we only work outside of IR 35.

Mike is a Chartered Accountant and Prince 2 Practitioner.
Based in the UK, Mike has lived in multiple countries (Poland, Switzerland and Australia) and has worked on projects in many more over the last 20 years. Delivering assignments for multinational companies in the Healthcare, Retail, Logistics and Technology sectors. From process improvement and optimisation to shared services (captive and outsourced)
Mike is able to combine extensive knowledge of the subject area (finance) with the ability to communicate at all levels, from the Board to the finance agent.
